Coaching Terms of Service | Choose Difficult

Mastery 1:1 Coaching Program includes:

52 Calls per year (47 one-on-one plus 5 Event Group Calls. You have 2 vacations, your coach has 2 vacations and there are no calls from 12/24 to 1/2)
1 Registration for the following events: FUEL Calls, MBC Spring Mastermind, Annual MBC Conference, MBC Fall Mastermind, All General Training Courses (excludes Legacy Courses)

Cyberbacker Franchise Mastery Program includes:

Term: The client’s coaching commitment will begin the month indicated upon signup. This Agreement will automatically renew monthly. Should the Client desire to cancel, the client will provide 30 days notice via written notification of termination by submitting an email to info@myMAPScoach.com. Registration to any events occurring after this Agreement terminates will be lost. Cyberbacker Franchise Mastery Program participants have a 12-month commitment and are unable to cancel until after the 12 months are completed.

Contract Hold: Clients may decide to place their Coaching Contract on Hold for one calendar month, one time, within a 12 month period. The monthly fee and coaching will automatically resume the following month.

Missed Calls: It is the Client’s responsibility to notify their Coach of any calls the Client will miss, at least two days prior to the day of the call, and to work with the Client’s coach to reschedule that call. If the Client fails to timely notify the Client’s coach, the missed call will count towards the Client’s coaching services.

Event Registrations: In order to secure complimentary registrations, Mastery Clients must register for all events by the registration deadline of each event. Included event registrations are non-transferable for coaching services.

Personal Information: MAPS Business Coaching will only use personal information provided to facilitate the coaching services described in this agreement, including communication between the clients with the company and the coach. MAPS Business Coaching will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided herein in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones herein without the Client’s prior written consent. The client acknowledges and agrees that calls may be recorded for training purposes only. By opting in, the Client expressly opts-in to receive text messages and emails from MAPS Business Coaching either directly or via a third party.

Payment: Payment is due on the recurring calendar day from the original registration date. The client’s payment terms will vary based on the option selected at signup. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, coaching calls will be suspended until payment is received.

If you select to pay via Credit Card - I authorize MAPS Business Coaching to charge my credit card, either by phone or electronically, for the initial monthly payment and authorize those additional payments will be charged to my credit card on a monthly basis thereafter.

If you select to pay via ACH - I authorize MAPS Business Coaching. to collect the initial monthly payment by initiating an ACH automatic debit and authorize MAPS Business Coaching to initiate an ACH automatic debit on a monthly basis thereafter.
